Want to try something new? This here is our Bún đậu mắm tôm, one of the most well-known dishes in Hanoi cuisine. Our tray consists of vermicelli, deep-fried tofu, along with cold cuts of pork and Vietnamese sausage (chả). Served next to a bed of vegetables and our house-made Mắm Tôm, a pungent and aromatic fermented shrimp sauce. 🦐

Bánh Ướt or also known as Bánh Cuốn are Vietnamese rice rolls originating from Northern Vietnam. Paired with our house made fish sauce. 🌾

To those that knew or have gotten to know Le formally, today we celebrated his life on Earth. Often times he was front of the house passing out drinks or taking story to customers and regulars. Always laughing, cracking up jokes. Many have reached out to us and appreciated Le for his hospitality.

With a heavy heart, we, as a family, announce that Le has passed away peacefully on April 26, 2023. A husband. A father. A brother. The man that made Pho Vietnam to what it is.

I know in my heart my father Le appreciates all of the love and support we have received within the past two years. As he would say, thank you for dining in with us. Thank you everyone for the continuous support as we will continue to serve our community.
