Full Moons tend to illuminate the parts of our being that need reflection.  This Aquarius Full Moon is no different, bringing the opportunity to move into right action to communicate our emotional needs.  Many have hidden our true feelings under the surface for quite some time and have felt the pressure to stand in our truth and speak up.  Remember that when you share things that have been tamped down over years and decades they can take flight with such a potent force so as to knock others off their feet.  Practice kindness and compassion for yourself and others while you let your truth ring out!

Welcome Leo Season!  The consecutive double Capricorn Full Moons seemed to illuminate some pretty significant areas for us to focus on.  To me they felt like a portal of transformation.  As we continue to move forward and leave the Piscean Era in the past we will still have to make choices in areas of life where we once remained dormant.  The energy during this Leo New Moon has me feeling energized in a calm and collected way.  Come set your intentions in preparation for the Lion’s Gate Portal and soar during  an amazing Sound Journey!  I’m excited to share that I’ve recently added a few new metal bowls and other instruments and can’t wait to share the Sound with you all.

As with the past Sound Mandala events Aither (my pup) will be joining and hanging out before the Sound and joining us as we Journey.  He’s got lots of love and positive vibes to give and is happy to share.  During the sound he generally lays down and goes on a fantastic voyage and as soon as we come back he wanders around to make sure everyone is back!

Powerful times we are in these days! We are blessed to have a 2nd Full Moon in Capricorn, the first at 1° of Capricorn and the second at 29° Capricorn. The sandwich Capricorn full moon energy is bringing forward powerful restructuring vibes. When I sat in meditation the following phase came to me “clouds of disillusion dissipating and the creation of an infinitely profound infrastructure opening the gardens of utopia” to describe the energy present at this time. I feel that this is a great time for us to reflect upon the things that have been going right in our lives and to nurture them! If this resonates with you or you feel that you’re in need of some potent soul level vibrational healing I’d love to have you join for this sound journey!

During the Cancer New Moon Sound Mandala I (with help) used crystals from my collection of stones I use in private healing sessions to lay on people during the sound. I have chosen a select group of them to be used again, and I’m called to incorporate the element of fire for this sound journey.

Just as everything in life changes I too must pause and pivot. When I announced the events for this month I intended to do something different for the February Full Moon. I trust the process and am doing my best to catch the waves the universe is sharing with me. So, I reached out to Kamalei to see if he wanted to create some magic! He said yes and Cacao, Dance & Sound Journey was brought into existence!

We’ll come together and create a sacred space, meditate with and enjoy some yummy Cacao, move our bodies to some downtempo groves, then return set off on a journey of our internal landscape in a carefully created sound bath!

New Moon Sound Mandala

Are we ready for change yet? Pluto the planet of power, control, sexuality, and the psychological recesses of our subconsciousness is completing his last 2 weeks in the sign of Capricorn and is transitioning to the sign of Aquarius. He will make is way through the sign of the Water Bearer on a 20 year journey to find the waters Pisces prefers. The last time this transition happened was around February 1778. Major revolution was occurring during that time on our planet. And if history does “repeat itself” or a the very least follow patterns that synchronize with the movements of the planets we are sure to see plenty of continued change. The moon is full in the sign of Gemini the sign of the twins and governor of the house of communication. The Sun is conjunct Mars and both are opposing the Moon, Saturn opposes Lilith, and a gigantic square (which I’ll call a cube because its going around the whole chart) between Lilith and the Sun/Mars, Sun/Mars and Saturn, Saturn and Moon, and Moon and Lilith. All of this is likely to cause us to question just about everything in our lives, my guides shared with me “think mid-life crisis vibes”, I think it’ll be something like Mercury retrograde but exponentially elevated. As mid November rolls around it’s likely that you’ll start to sense some of these planetary movements. Just in time for fall gratitude holiday and family gathering! South node eclipse in Libra! Who’s been in perfect balance? The south node carries the energy of where we’ve been and Libra is the sign of balance and governs the 7th house of partnerships. My read on this energy is that we will be bringing “right” energy into many areas of our life, and potentially “correcting” karmic patterns set in place from about mid 2013 to early 2016 when the nodes were in the Aries/Libra axis. This is all very basic info and I don’t want to overwhelm you with astrological talk if that’s not your thing. For those of you that know, you already know. I will infuse the sound with Reiki and open a channel for the energy to flow. So join us for an evening of peaceful healing. Arrive early so you have enough time to draw and oracle card, add a prayer/wish/gratitude/intention to the collective, connect with others, settle in and set up, and then receive the positive vibes.

Please allow yourself enough time before the start time. If you arrive at the time we are schedule to start I kindly ask that you wait for a break or the end of the event to choose a card and add your prayers to the collective box. I would like to begin on time so that I can keep my timeline promise as close a possible and respect the time everyone has set aside. I thank you kindly in advance for your mindfulness.
