Soy milk Tan Tan Men (Tantan Ramen)

豆乳、タヒニ、自家製味噌で作る坦々麺。
肉味噌には椎茸も入れて旨味アップ、結構辛め🔥
シャキシャキのニラとパクチーがアクセントに最高！

ベイビーちゃん、お熱が出た日。初めてのお熱で39度まで上がってさすがにぐったり。可哀想やった。
キャベツ頭に被せて熱取り🥬
次の日にはグッと下がってケロッと元気になってくれました🥹
キャベツ、オススメ！！！

🇺🇸 Tan Tan Ramen made with soy milk, tahini, and homemade miso.

I also added shiitake mushrooms to the meat miso to make it more flavorful and spicy🔥
Also crunchy chives and coriander make the perfect accent!

Side note: Baby had a fever of about 39ºC the other day and I felt sorry for him.
Covering his head with a cabbage leaf helped to reduce his temperature.🥬
By the next day, things had gone down a lot and baby felt much better🥹
Cabbage is recommended!!!

We confess, making Jimami Tofu wasn't in our bingo cards even 7 years back and are grateful to have native expertise in our team. Making Jimami Tofu is a process that requires love and care (and lots and lots and LOTS of stirring) so it has been amazing to see the growing enthusiasm for this delicious Okinawan treat.

How do you decompress after a long week? Whether its to whip up easy recipes ✌🏼 or dive head first into deeply involved ones👩‍🍳, the ingredients always work better when it's sourced locally. 🤙🏼✨

Like many in our community, we are still reeling from the devastations on Maui. Our hearts go out to the families and people affected by the fires.

We know that the road to recovery will be long. We also understand that it will take sustained efforts to continually support Maui during this period.

Aloha Tofu Factory will make an initial monetary donation to the Hawaii Community Foundation Maui Strong Fund.

We also plan to donate products to Oahu-based fundraising efforts. If you are interested in receiving our tofu products for official fundraising efforts to support Maui, please contact us.

The 💚☁️pouffiest fresh aburage☁️🧡

Aburage is made by slicing thin layers of firm tofu blocks which are then deep-fried quickly.

The resulting product can be triangle or square shaped and naturally split open to make a shell for sushi-flavored rice to make a Japanese favorite, inarizushi (sushi). 🍣

The triangles also make a fantastic keto-friendly toast or pizza base. 🍞🍕

You can also order them by the piece at our factory, too.
