So this awesome lady is Lois (HIPPster since July 2016, 82 yrs young), her fam bought her Pilates props (ring and bands) for Christmas! 💝 She wasted no time in asking me for home exercises she can do with them. She's also the most diligent with her homework of all my students. 💪🏼

A little upstretch to start the weekend. Not only is this a great core and ab exercise, but it's amazing for shoulder stability and flexion. 📌Note: working with the universal footbar in 2 notches, 'cause I'm short like that 🙃. Otherwise, it's way too easy!
Strengthening your stabilizers is the key to healthy functionality. These exercises bring awareness to your gluteal-vmo connection to stabilize from core>hip>knee>ankle.
