What stress?
The biggest myth about floating is that you'll be locked in a tiny space and become claustrophobic. In reality nothing could be further from the truth. Around 80% of people who haven't floated before think they might be "claustrophobic".
If you've floated before, help out our newbies and leave a comment on how you felt after your first float. Were you nervous or scared going in? How did you feel during and after your float?
It's totally normal to be "afraid" of new experiences. The truth is there's nothing to be afraid of, except maybe you'll end up feeling too good! 😇
