Exciting Day for 8th Graders!

Today, our awesome 8th-grade students had a fantastic time visiting their future high schools! They explored the amazing campuses of Incarnate Word Academy and St. Thomas High School. 🏫✨

It was a day full of new experiences and fun opportunities to imagine what their high school journey would be like. Big thanks to both schools for welcoming our students and giving them a glimpse of what’s ahead!

As promised, we’re excited to introduce two after-school activities!

1. Chess Club
Join us this Friday from 3:30 PM to 4:15 PM in the cafeteria. There is a $75 monthly fee. For more information, please refer to the flyer in the Tuesday folder or visit kingchessandathletics.com.

2. Flag Football
We’re thrilled to announce that flag football will start on October 3rd and run through November 21st, from 3:30 PM to 4:15 PM. There is a monthly fee of $75. Check the Tuesday folder for more details, or visit kingchessandathletics.com.

Our Band and Keyboarding classes have kicked off with great energy! 🎵 Students are diving into their lessons with enthusiasm and are already preparing diligently for their upcoming recitals. It's inspiring to see their dedication and eagerness to develop their musical skills. We’re excited to watch their progress and can’t wait to see their performances.

Fr. Sekar spoke to our middle and elementary school students about our Saint of the Month, St. Peter Julian Eymard. He shared how St. Peter Julian's dedication to the Eucharist and his profound faith can inspire us all to deepen our own spiritual lives. His engaging talk sparked curiosity and reflection among the students, encouraging them to learn more about this remarkable saint and his legacy.
