Twas the night before Christmas and out in the garage, there wasn’t a trace of a Ford, Toyota, or Dodge. The presents were wrapped and the lights were all lit, so I figured I’d mess with the Camaro a bit.

I popped the release and lifted the hood,...
When a deep voice behind me said “It looks pretty good.”
Well, as you can imagine, I turned mighty quick, and there, by the workbench, stood ol’ Saint Nick!

I stood there a bit, not to sure what to say, then he said. “Don’t suppose that you’d trade for my sleight?”
“No way, Santa” I said with a grin,
“But if you’ve got the time we can go for a spin!”

His round little mouth, all tied like a bow’
turned into a smile and he said ”Sure! Let’s go!!”
So not to disturb all the neighbors” retreat, we quietly pushed the Camaro to the street.

Then, taking our places to coast down the hill, I turned on the key and let the clutch spill. The sound that erupted took him by surprise, but he liked it a lot, by the look in his eyes.

With tires a’screaming and headers aglow, we headed on out to where the Hot Rodders go. And Santa’s grin widened approaching his ears, with every shift as I banged through the gears.

Then he yelled “I CAN’T RECALL WHEN I’VE FELT SO ALIVE!”
So I backed off the gas and asked Santa if he would drive.
Ol Santa was stunned when I gave him the keys, when he walked past the headlights he shook at the knees!

The Camaro exploded with a sweet exhaust sound! And when Santa popped the clutch the tires shook the ground!
Power shifting into second, again into third! I sat there just watching, at loss for a word,

Then I heard him exclaim as we blasted from sight,
“Merry Christmas to all, it’s going to be a great night”

Annual HTCC charity car show benefiting Kidz Harbor

H-Town Camaro Club is proud to host and provide the annual Holiday party for our members! One of the many benefits of becoming an official member, from t-shirts and private cruises to private events. Opening up multiple avenues providing assistance from experts and professionals dedicated to all camaro generations. While it is cool from the outside rolling by, you'll enjoy the view and family environment from the inside much better. Special allotment for each new Camaro Generation, exclusive pricing discounts from sponsors and be the first to learn about many local, State and National camaro events. Below are some of the details on our Holiday party, make sure you are an official member before January 21st for the full details and to join our great family. Looking forward to a fabulous 2017 with HTCC!!!

Door open at 6PM. For appetizers while you wait for others to arrive, you may enjoy the assorted vegetable tray with jalapeno ranch dressing or the fresh fruit display with strawberry and mango infused whipped cream or the bacon wrapped shrimp! There will be an open cash bar available.

The buffet dinner will be available around 6:45 PM and will include Top Sirloin and Blackened Mahi-Mahi with Rice Pilaf, Seasonal Vegetables and Garlic Mashed Potatoes. For desert, enjoy the Chocolate Eruption or a traditional Cheesecake. Water, tea, coffee and assorted breads will also be available.

Door prizes are available as well as a ceiling surround sound system for playing iPod/PC music through.

The holiday party is free for paid members and $30 for accompanied guests. You must RSVP no later than Saturday, January 21st, 2017.

Very kind words my friend. The parade of Camaro’s ( and the two Corvettes ) were a sight to behold. We’re so glad that everyone enjoyed the night. Although there were a few glitches along the way, it gave us something to shoot for. More than likely, our next event will be early Spring with a “ Beach “ motif and certainly will involve H-Town Camaro Club !

Your statement to us regarding your wife’s experience with the purchase of a second vehicle from Classic Chevrolet makes us tremendously proud of our organization.
