Sleep is a form of meditation. We process and integrate what we encounter during our day through sleep. By releasing our tension, stress, and emotions before we sleep, we sleep better while reinforcing a positive, calm mindset. This Tuesday June 13th Body and Brain will be having a fun HEROES night.

Our Free HEROES Nights are open to the public in their 20s, 30s, and 40s. You'll get a chance to learn from expert Body & Brain and Brain Education instructors in a fun and inspiring class.

The HEROES Community hosts online and in-person fitness, mindfulness, and community service events.

Join us for Dance, Movement, Meditation, physical movement, and team activities for self-awareness and empowerment.

If you are in the age of 20 to 40 years old or if you have a family member or friend that you think can benefit from this community and training, please feel free to pass them the invitation. This is a free class where they will have the opportunity to spend time in a positive, uplifting, and empowering environment.
