Few are those who see with their own eyes and feel with their own hearts.
I do not believe in the God of theology who rewards good and punishes evil.
As far as I'm concerned, I prefer silent vice to ostentatious virtue.

Below Are What You Should Eat Regularly To Keep Your Brain/Kidney Healthy.
Nut Food
Nuts and seeds are plant-based sources of healthful fats and proteins. Eating more nuts and seeds may be good for the brain, as these foods contain omega 3 fatty acids and antioxidants. In recent years, studies found that a higher overall nut intake was linked to better brain function in older age. Although some people don't know much about the benefits one can get from eating nuts. However, macadamia nuts are a delicious option for people with kidney problems. They are much lower in phosphorus than popular nuts like peanuts and almonds.
Garlic
It is very healthy and recommendable for you to start consuming garlic at least once a week to gain this benefit. Over the years, chronic garlic administration has been shown to enhance memory function. Evidence also shows that garlic administration in rats affects brain serotonin (5-hydroxytryptamine [5-HT]) levels. 5-HT, a neurotransmitter involved in several physiological functions, is also known to enhance cognitive performance.
On the other hand, foods like cabbage, berries, coffee, and garlic have been proven to support liver and kidney health, though they aren't going to do anything magical to your blood that your kidneys and liver don't already do.
Honey
Regarding kidney function, we have found that honey has beneficial effects on renal function in normal volunteers such as increasing urine output and creatinine clearance. It also increases urinary nitric oxide and decreases urinary prostaglandins levels in humans. Honey is 100 percent natural and contains a lot of nutrients that
can help you lower your risk of kidney disease.
Unlike the brain, consuming raw honey possesses anxiolytic, antinociceptive, anticonvulsant, and antidepressants effect and improves the oxidative status of the brain. Most importantly, honey polyphenols counter neuroinflammation in the hippocampus, a brain structure that is involved in spatial memory. If you are battling with quick assimilation in your academics kindly start applying honey frequently to keep your brain active and healthy.
Endeavor to stick to the tips of this sophisticated article if you love your brain and kidney and may want them to be healthy.
NB: Try as much as possible to share with your friends, family, and the general public thanks.
