Hi! My name is Emily and I am SO excited to be your newest instructor! I have been a member for almost 3 years and have been with the studio since the very beginning. I moved to the area 6 years ago and work as an engineer. I love all kinds of music, but you will find me mainly listening to all things pop and country! Today we launch our very own Indoor Cycling Training Program! Created by and certified by the International Sports Sciences Association ( ), the National Academy of Sports Medicine (), and the Athletics and Fitness Association of America ().

This program is not only just for existing cycling instructors but also accredited for continuing fitness education talent in the industry to level up their game, covering the fundamentals for those interested in teaching indoor cycling.

🎉 Exciting news alert! Today marks the launch of our first-of-its-kind Indoor Cycling Training Program! Led by our very own Donna Cennamano, this program has earned CycleBar recognition as a certified education provider by the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA), the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and the Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA).

CycleBar stands as the sole boutique indoor cycling brand to attain Continuing Education Units (CEUs) credit, ensuring that every fitness coach trained through our program holds a nationally recognized cycling instruction certificate endorsed by ISSA, NASM, and AFAA.

Not only is the new Indoor Cycling Training Program designed to introduce the fundamentals of teaching a rhythm-based, interval-driven cycling experience, but it also offers a nationally recognized certification to all fitness coaches whereby upon completion of the program, trainees will earn 1.9 CEUs for NASM, 15 CEUs for AFAA, and 20 CEUs for ISSA. 🌟🚴‍♀️
