We are looking for caregiver in the Decatur Area. Please have reliable transportation and be able to pass a drug screen . Must be able to pass a background check and TB test

The PCA ( personal care aide) is responsible for assisting client with activities of daily living; shower, oral care.
Assist clients with walking including the use of walkers and wheelchairs when applicable.
Meal preparation,
Medication reminders.
Record and report changes in the client's physical condition, behavior or appearance to Care Coordinator.

** PCA must pass a background check and drug screen.

****Reliable transportation is a must****
