We are deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Dan Lima. Dan was our organization’s Native Liason and close friend for many years. His warm nature and stoic charm will be deeply missed at our events. He was the first to greet our canoe crew at the boat ramp and we will be sorrowful to not see him posted in his usual spot in the years to come. His presence there will always be missed, though we will always carry a piece of him in our hearts and our minds. Keep his spirit and his family in your thoughts. We will share funeral details when they are available.

School of Solider 2024

Just a reminder that next weekend if our annual School of Solider event for reenactors! Come camp with us if you're able! Please see the schedule below for Saturday April 6th

Membership applications and nomination ballots have been sent to the 2023 members. You should expect them in the mail soon.

Anyone who prepaid before this weekend will receive their membership card as well.

Happy New Year all!

The 2024 applications will be live on our website this weekend. But if you were an active member in 2023 I will be mailing you a new one along with the new year ballot.

We will also be getting School of Solider scheduled soon, and a few of you reached out to us during the holiday party to offer workshops you’d like to host during the event. Please consider what you would like to provide, if any, and we will add it to the event once we hammer out the details in the coming months.

Hope you all enjoyed your holidays, and we are looking forward to a great 2024 reenacting year!

Good morning all -

I have started processing payments and hopefully should be done within a few days of what I have received so far. Thanks for everyone's patience while I have been moving into our new home. I would have liked to have gotten these taken care of sooner and hopefully now that we are set up, I can be much earlier next year.

Also just a reminder for anyone who hasn't submitted their application, you will not get a ballot for the elecction unless you are an active member for the year 2023.

I have also reached out to the ones who have been nominated but still waiting on a few reply's before we announce the nominations this year and send out the ballot.
