Thanks to JD Finish Line for a great experience this morning for some of the mentees from 100 Black Men of Indianapolis! Before being treated to a very generous back-to-school shopping experience, the young men learned a bit about what happens behind the scenes to enable JD Finish Line to operate as a successful business. They now have a better understanding of how employees function as a team to deliver excellent service. Every experience is an opportunity for learning, and these young men learned a great deal today!
