Christmas Eve services are this Sunday with Advent Four Sunday worship as we light the candle of Love. Come as you are in person or join us online!

Then at 4:00 pm, our Children's service invites you to make a Joyful Noise and join the throng of sheep, angels, and shepherds as we welcome the Christ Child. There are ways for all to participate!

Finally, at 6:30 pm we welcome the Christ Child through readings, a sermon, holy communion, and music. The Northminster Chancel Choir will sing a 30-minute choral prelude before the 7:00 pm service, including familiar and newly composed music of the Christmas season.

Tomorrow night is Northminster's Longest Night service which provides a time to acknowledge, sit with, and honor the heaviness faced in these days. The names of loved ones and members who died this year will be read.

Whether you have suffered loss this year or are carrying grief of years past, you are welcome at this special service.

Today is the last day to make a donation for Advent decorations! Consider a $25 donation in memory or in honor of a loved one this season. Dedications will be printed in our Christmas Eve bulletins.

The Advent Fun For All event is this Sunday, December 3rd!

Following worship from 11:15 am - 12:30 pm, we'll have all-ages crafts, decorating, cookies, and a hot cocoa bar! Invite friends and family as there is no RSVP required for this free event.

After a 3 year hiatus, School 55 is welcoming volunteers into the school to help the students in various ways! The level of commitment is up to you. Weekly, monthly, or even a one-time project. Is reading or math your thing? Could you be a subject matter expert on career day?

Contact Karen Herbst-Kim for more information and/or to get connected to the Family Liaison at School 55.

Last Sunday our youth group packed over 200 homeless kits for Westminster Neighborhood Services including hand sanitizer, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and soap.

They will be dispersed to neighbors in need during this holiday season!

We are almost halfway to our goal and need your help! Consider donating shampoo and deodorant this Sunday for Westminster's Christmas baskets. Items can be placed in the yellow bin in the Gathering Place anytime.

Northminster celebrated Commitment Sunday yesterday with a special service of grace, gratitude, and generosity!

Commitment Sunday is tomorrow!

During worship, we will celebrate every commitment together as we bring our pledge cards forward. Each gift is important and every amount is celebrated!

We are collecting holly and ivy plant cuttings to be used in Advent decorations this season! Folks are invited to sign up using the link below to commit to bringing cuttings on Sunday starting November 26th and running through December 17th.

This past September, Northminster volunteers spent the day painting food boxes for our friends at Westminster Neighborhood Services and the first box has been installed at Soma Downtown Church!

More boxes will be installed throughout Indianapolis as places for people to donate non-perishable goods for those in need. Thank you to all who participated in making this Day of Caring project a reality.
