We hope you are ready for the Valley Junction Farmers Market Thursday 4-8! We are near the Knotty Nail and have some new additions this week!!! Bagels, Cake, Cookies and more!!!
There are thunderstorms and possible severe weather predicted for tomorrow’s farmers market time. Instead of the market with The Labradorite Witch we will be offering bread and sweets pick up in Indianola all weekend! Need some brioche, good sandwich bread or maybe craving a galette? Send us an order request via messenger, including your email and desired pickup day. We will have it ready and send you an invoice! Everyone deserves good bread and pastries!!!!
We are at 5th and Elm for the next eight weeks! Come and see us and if we are sold out, place an order for next week!!!
Our philosophy: 1. Gluten free should be made with the highest quality, nut free, soy free and brown rice free flour. 2. Scones should be crunchy, buttery, crumbly, pillowy and flavorful. 3. Glaze is always doubled! Once fresh out of the oven and once again when cooled. 4. Cinnamon rolls should have a good amount of frosting. 5. Cinnamon rolls should be rich, pillowy and have a good bite. They should never be gummy. 6. Bread is perfection and we could live on it alone.

We will be at the Valley Junction Farmers Market tomorrow evening! Lemon blackberry scones with lemonade glaze, lemon and blueberry gluten free-ish scones with a lemonade glaze, dark chocolate and sour cherry scones (soaked in Kirsch for an extra punch), cinnamon rolls with maple cream cheese frosting, wheat hearth loaves and white sandwich bread are on our menu this week!
Guess what?! We were exposed to COVID so we will be missing the farmers market this week while we quarantine. We will be back on the 23rd!
