It's that time of year again. We are not attending Valley Junction Farmers Market this year. You can find us again at Johnston Farmers Market at the library on Merle Hay Road 3:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. and at Uptown Ankeny Farmers Market in Ankeny 9 a.m. - 12 a.m.
Ankeny starts May 22 and Johnston starts May 25.

Well we are finally getting going. We will be going to Johnston Farmers market next Tuesday the 26th. 3:30 to 6:30. Uptown Ankeny and Valley Junction is still to be determine. So if you are ready for Gammy's treats come out and see us Tuesday.

Reminder to all. Gammy's Cookies and Bars will be at Winterset's Covered Bridge Festival this weekend 9 to 5 both Saturday and Sunday. See you all there. Looks like the weather is going to be great this year.

We have decided not to go the the Valley Junction Market tomorrow 7-18-19 due to the extreme heat conditions. See you in two weeks as were will also be gone the next week for vacation. Thank you

Hello everybody! It's that time of year for Farmers Markets. We have already had 2 at Valley Junction on Thursday nights from 4-8 p.m. We will be at Uptown Ankeny Farmers Market starting Saturday May 18 from 8-12 a.m. Then on Tuesday May 21 from 3:30-6:30 p.m. will be again at Johnston Farmers Market. Hope to see all the old customers and new customers.

Due to surgery was cancelled I was able to attend Middle School craft show today. Show is from 9-2 pm. Come see us for the last time and get some goodies for your holiday feast.

Just an update. We will not be able to attend the Madison farmers market this year. But you can still find us at Valley Junction and Johnston's farmers markets for those great homemade items. Thank you to those loyal customers, hope to see you at the other markets.

Gammy's will be at Valley Junction Farmers Market this Thursday 4:00-8:00 pm and Ted Lare's Farmers Market on Saturday 2:00 - 5:00 p.m. Planning on new ideas for this year. Stop by and see what we are introducing this year. Winterest starts May 12 and Johnston starts May 22.

It's our last week of 2017! Ending on a sweet note, our featured vendor this week is Gammy's Cookies and Bars. Gammy's make homemade cookies and bars. But their biggest draw is the Blooming Cookie Bouquets that they make. They have over 30 years of professional baking experience, but produce homemade quality items. Find them in booth space 217 in front of Beyond the Mirror.

New items this year, consisted of Creme Horns, Almond Sticks and Cherry Sticks.

Well summer is half over and it has been a great one. We now have some new items. Creme horns, almond sticks, banana chocolate chip loaf, and cinnamon rhubarb loaf. We are still at Johnston Farmers Market Tuesday 3:30-6:30 pm, Valley Junction Thursday 4:00-8:00 p.m. and Winterset Saturday 8:00-12:00 a.m. Come out and see us.

Winter is about over and the markets are slowly coming up. We have been working on new items for this season. We now have the cinnamon rolls perfected and will be selling them singles and 4 packs. Come out May 4 at Valley Junction from 4-8 p.m. We will also be this summer at Winterest on Saturday 8-Noon, Waukee on Wednesday 4-7 p.m., and Johnston on Tuesday from 3:30 - 6:30 p.m. Can't wait to see all of our customers. Don't forget you can call and order most items anytime.

This Saturday November 12, I will be at the Pella High School Fall Craft Show. It is from 9 - 3 p.m. The show has been moved from the high school to the Vermeer Global Pavillion, 2110 Vermeer Rd E, Pella, Hope to see you all there. I have been told this is a very good craft show.

Tomorrow is Ankeny's Santa North Pole Village Craft Show. Gammy will be at the NorthView School. The show is from 9 - 4 p.m. Come out and get some delicious goodies for the holiday's.

We will be in Johnston for Farmer's Market Tuesday. Should be a beautiful day. See you there.

Well it is October and our big weekend is this weekend at Winterset, Iowa for the Madison County Covered Bridge Festival. 9 to 5 on Saturday the 8th and 9 to 5 on Sunday the 9th. Hope to see all of you there.

We also will be at Carlisle Pumpkin Fest October 22, Indianola Band Booster Craft Show October 29, Ankeny's Santa's North Pole on November 7th and Pella Band Booster Craft Show on November 15.

We will have our famous Iced Sugar Cookies, Dutch Letters, Danish Crispies, cookies and dessert loaves. All are great freezer ideas to stock up for the coming holiday's.

Well we attended the Waukee Farmers Market and had to leave before the rain hit. But we will be back next week. It was fantastic and hope everybody enjoys their treats they purchased from us.
Tomorrow is Valley Junction Farmers Market, hope to see you all there.

Great night at Johnston Farmers Market tonight. If rain holds off, will try to get the Waukee Farmers Market tomorrow night. 4-7 p.m. come out and see me. We are now doing fruit pies, white bread, cinnamon bread and other breads when time.

Sorry everybody, we will not be at Valley Junction Farmers Market tomorrow 8-11-16, the weather will be extremely hot tomorrow, hopefully next week will be better.

The season is half over and we are still going strong at our 3 Farmers Markets. We have had many comments about the Danish Crispies on how delicious they are. If you are looking for something sweet, visit us tonight at Johnston Farmers Market from 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the City Hall on Merle Hay Road.
