We will have structured conversations about compassion fatigue, burnout, boundaries, and more. These will be six-week sessions with limited slots, beginning on 4/17/23 at 6:30 pm.

Mental Health comes in all different shapes and sizes. Mental Health does not know race, gender, ethnicity, etc.! No one is exempt! Some may do well with hiding it or aren’t as open about their struggles.
