I help bridge the gap between clients and the medical system by providing comprehension and help build trust through understanding, advocacy, and empowering. I'm also an herbalist, and Nutritionist. Meal Plan
• 1 with Ultimate Doula Package
• 3 with Total Doula Package (can be used 1 prenatal/2 post-partum, or 3 post-partum (48 hour notice required-first come, first served)

Services Provided for Post-partum Doula Package fee may include:
• 4 Visits (2-3 hours)
o 24-48 hours after birth
o 3-6 weeks
o 6-8 weeks
o 11-12 weeks
• Unlimited breastfeeding support for 1 year
o 2 home visits (2-3 hours)
• Light Housekeeping
• 2 Meals
Breastfeeding Peer Counselor
• 1 year of support with in-person visits (*4 1-2 hour)

Add-on Cleaning Service
