Yesterday a group of our students were invited to see US Senator Tammy Baldwin, Secretary of Commerce Gina Raimondo and the Vice President herself, Kamala Harris! The three gathered with the CEOs of Nokia and Sanmina Corp. to speak on the effort to expand high-quality, affordable Internet access for all Americans and the 200 new jobs to Sanmina. This means more domestic manufacturing jobs and development for SE Wisconsin in which our students live, work, and learn. 💚🇺🇲
