Today we celebrated our 5th graders as they prepare for their next chapter in middle school 🧡💙🐯

Congratulations to our 3rd, 4th and 5th graders who scored level 3 and above on the FAST test!! I’m not sure who had more fun, Mrs. Graham and Mrs. Knoebel or the kids 🤔🤫

Today we celebrated our kindergartners going to 1st grade!!

Today we played games 🏐The teachers versus students volleyball game was a huge success!!

Our safety patrols work hard everyday to help keep everyone safe during arrival and dismissal. Today Deputy Pallares celebrated their hard work with a water 💦 party 🎉 It is safe to say they had an awesome time 😎

Our 5th graders celebrated the last week of school with game day!! They had fun and took their games seriously 😁

Today we celebrated our KG, 1st and 2nd graders who showed proficiency on the STAR test with a dance party and ice pops!!

Our kids had a blast as Deputy, Nurse, Coach, and Principal for the day!! They kept everyone safe, provided care, ensured the weather was safe for dismissal and conducted teacher meetings!! What amazing kids we have at Ventura 🐯💙🧡

Today Ventura hosted our first Senior walk with former students who are now graduating from Toho, Neo City, OCSA, and Gateway!! So proud of you and your hard work to get where you are today! Once a Tiger, always a Tiger!!

Our 4th graders had fun today using their coding skills to program their Spheros!

For the final day of our VIP Staff Lounge we served up a soup and salad bar! We also had so much food left over from previous days that we were able to include breakfast as well! On this last day of Teacher Appreciation Week 2024 we want to thank all of our Tiger Teachers for their hard work and dedication to shaping our children, our community, and most importantly our future. The results of the work they do now may not even be seen for years to come, but they can take pride in knowing that they are making a difference in the lives of those in their classrooms. Thank you also to all of the businesses in our community who have supported our teachers and have helped out our PTO with donations of food and prizes. We appreciate you too! ❤️❤️

Today our teachers enjoyed a baked potato bar, with all of the toppings you can imagine, and salad! Thank you to Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen for cooking and donating all of the baked potatoes. Thank you to EJ Jimenez with Keller Williams Realty for donating the potato bar toppings.

Day 3 of our VIP Lounge had teachers and staff boogie on back to the 70’s with chocolate and cheese fondues! Thank you to Master Brown’s TKO Institute for donating all of the chocolate and tasty items to dip into it and to Fresh Market for donating fruit platters.

Help me celebrate our amazing Nurse Santiago! She treats all of our tigers with kindness and love when they aren’t feeling well, lost a tooth, or have a boo boo! Thank you for all you do for our tigers on a daily basis!

Today’s VIP experience was brunch and karaoke. Who doesn’t love a good waffle 🧇 Teachers enjoyed their door prizes. Thank you to First Watch for donating breakfast potatoes.

The 4th and 5th graders showed off their test taking skills at the PREP rally today! They are going to crush the upcoming tests!!

Hands down Ventura has the most amazing adminstrative assistants around!! 🧡💙🐯

Our Kindergarten team will be selling popsicles everyday during dismissal for only 1 dollar!! 🥶 They will be available to buy at both the covered area and the car loop. Every popsicle sold will help fund the kindergartens end of the year celebration! 🥳
