University of Louisiana at Lafayette Registrar's Office

The Office of the University Registrar will be closed on Wednesday, June 19, 2024 in observance of the Juneteenth holiday.

Normal business hours will resume on Thursday, June 20, 2024.

All undergraduate and graduate students completing degree requirements in Summer 2024 must submit an Application for Degree. If you have already submitted an application, you do not need to submit another one.

Applications must be submitted online prior to the following deadlines. Students completing degree requirements in Summer 2024:
- Must apply no later than Wednesday, June 12.
- Students who miss the deadline must complete a paper application by emailing [email protected].

Once you submit the online application, the $90 degree fee will be assessed to your Statement of Account on ULink. If the fee is not paid at the time the application is submitted, a hold will be placed on your financial account. The application will still be processed.

University flags will fly at half-staff and offices will be closed on Monday, May 27, in observance of the holiday. We will reopen for normal business hours on Tuesday at 7:30 a.m.

Important weather announcement - Delayed Opening!

Due to expected severe weather in the morning, the University of Louisiana at Lafayette will have a delayed opening on Wednesday, April 10. Classes will begin and offices will open at noon.

Students and faculty and staff members should be cautious when traveling to campus. Students who are not able to travel to campus should contact their professors. If a student needs further assistance, they can contact the Office of the Dean of Students at [email protected].

Faculty and staff members who are unable to travel to work, or who have special circumstances, should contact their immediate supervisors.

The University will continue to monitor the National Weather Service forecast. Should weather conditions change, information will be provided on the University's website, posted to official social media accounts, and sent to your University-issued email address.

In celebration of spring break and the Easter holidays, University offices will close at 5 p.m. on Thursday, March 28, and will reopen at 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday, April 2. We hope everyone has a wonderful long weekend!

📢Today is the Last Day to Drop a Class, or Resign from the University, with a Grade of ‘W’ for Full Term and Part of Term B.

🗣The traditional advising period begins Monday, March 11, though some areas may begin advising prior to this date.

💻Registration for Summer Intersession, Summer, and Fall 2024 classes will begin on April 2. Reminder, registration is available according to a student's registration time ticket.

🎓Spring 2024 degree candidates must complete an online application for degree no later than Friday, February 23 , 2024.

🎓Summer 2024 and Fall 2024 degree candidates who desire priority registration must complete the online application for degree/pay app fee by Friday, February 23, 2024.

In observance of Mardi Gras, campus offices will be closed on Monday and Tuesday, Feb. 12 and 13, 2024. 🎭

DEADLINE EXTENSION: The last day for schedule adjustment (drop/add) has been extended until Thursday, January 18.
