Trainer Kristal subbed b***y class for Fernanda today.

Kristal’s philosophy on training is to shred fat you need to strengthen the largest muscles in the body - glutes hamstrings and back. And that it is imperative to strengthen the posterior muscles for posture and longevity.

Kristal is subbing Tuesdays and Thursdays Bootcamp this week. Starting the 19th there will be a new schedule and instructors.

Welcome Back to Art of Fitness Christiana Ulewelling❤️ Christiana began training to be a yoga teacher in 2009 in the homeland of yoga, India! Since then she has been back three times for trainings as well as to Thailand and Mexico, learning from only the best!
She is also extremely educated, having various different yoga and health/wellness coaching certifications.
