March was a whirlwind! 🌪️ Real estate activities, basketball state tournaments and lots of travel (Bend, NOLA, Arizona & the Dominican (I think I set a new record for myself!), the month flew by!

2. I was referred by a BHHS Realtor in California to a Buyer wanting to move to Portland to be closer to family. She fell in love with a great condo! We got a contingent offer accepted & her home went on the market & sold right away! It worked out perfectly & was great teamwork!!

3. The first home I listed this year closed!! I had so much fun marketing it as I was able to use the Seller’s adorable children in my videos. Getting to help create unique videos to show off homes and the community is always a highlight for me!! This family is going to be missed but I’m excited for them & their new adventure in Florida!!

4 & 5. I was able to help a sweet family who has been wanting to get a slightly bigger home for years but the timing never worked & was hard with being contingent!
They took the leap, found the one & we were able to get a contingent offer accepted, get their home listed & sold right away!! It was a lot of work & hustle for them but I am absolutely thrilled as I know this new home fits their lifestyle so much better!!!

Looking back at all my March clients to some degree, they all had to take a leap of faith to get where they got! It really is a big part of real estate (& life)! Sometimes all it takes is pulling the trigger even when it is scary!

February flew by!!! 💨
Somehow it was even busier than January with a lot of great real estate, a TON of basketball games, a trip to Disneyland for my boys, Sherwood Education Foundation’s largest fundraiser that I help facilitate, and SO much more!

On the real estate side of things, I had a blast helping with five real estate moves in February!! 🏡✨

One of these stories was about a sweet family that reached out almost a year ago after finding me on Instagram! They wanted to sell and purchase a larger home but were having a hard time pulling the trigger. We navigated our way around this and ended up securing them a great new home and getting their townhome sold, all in a little over a month! 💪🏽

One of my buyers purchased a great home in Sherwood that I’m absolutely thrilled about. I feel like it’s a perfect fit for her and her family, and I was honored to be able to help with this step in their journey after getting their acreage home sold in 2023!

Speaking of new beginnings, I helped a buyer snag a condo in Happy Valley that he had his eye on, but it went pending before we had a chance to get in. However, things worked out as we were on site about to pull the trigger on a different one when the buyers of the one he wanted backed out! He signed what he needed to on the spot to secure it!!

Lastly, this story might be one for the books but I’m going to save it for a post of its own! Let’s just say after 8 months on the market with another Realtor, I was chosen to list a home and within 7 days went pending with two offers in hand!! 💥 Grateful these sellers took a chance on me & trusted me to get it done!!
