ARTISTS IN THE PARK!
Penelope Fox Art Studio brought canvas painting to our kids in Core Creek Park! A great Summer painting may be hanging in a lot of homes this week. First the Barn, now Core Creek, and tomorrow the Community Center! Thanks PFAS!

HALLOWEEN IN JULY AT COMMUNITY CENTER!
So much fun watching everyone arrive in the spirit of our Summer Halloween! They also had fun sifting through the old costume boxes too! Even the counselors got into the spirit! Popcorn treat was a plus too! Great job everyone!

Summer Rec Basketball League Games on Wednesday July 24 are canceled. They will be rescheduled for Monday 29 at Firefighters Park - same game times. (We were concerned about some rain about 6 pm tonight so we thought we would cancel early and reschedule for Monday).

Thursday July 25 games are still on as scheduled.

BARN PAINT PARTY!
About 80 artists, in 2 shifts, at the Barn, all painted on canvas boards with Penelope Fox Art Studio. They made a summer painting, showing their talents. Great job everyone!

CORE CREEK’S HALLOWEEN IN JULY!
Costumes, Bingo, Popcorn and Spiders, oh my! Fun day for all!

TWEEN BOWLING DAY!
Morrisville Lanes welcomed us for the first time and the tweens had a blast with the place all to themselves. Yummy soft pretzels from Philly Style Soft Pretzels on Woodbourne Rd. were a delicious snack to keep them going before lunch. Great day!

PERFECT POOL DAY!
I doesn’t get any better than this! So thankful for LMT Pool for having us join in the fun.

KEEPING COOL AND HAVING FUN!
All our Summer Rec locations beat the heat with sprinklers, water and ice games, sand art, indoor games and activities and of course…..Ice Pops!

FUNZILLA FUN HAS BEGUN!
Tweens jumped right into 2 hours of fun at the local Funzilla in Fairless Hills! Great to have this fun place so close to home!

COMMUNITY CENTER DOES IT ALL!
Diamond Gem Painting, mural art, chess game and so much more we wish we had the time to capture it all. Very busy at the CC!

DIAMOND GEM PAINTING
Core Creek was loving our new craft, Zoo Buddies-Diamond Gem Painting! They are stickers, too! A little craft that will get them excited to visit the zoo on Thursday!

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER SWIMMING?
Lots! First lunch…then…talent shows, soccer, four square, dodgeball, friendships, freeze dance, mural making, illustration, friendship bracelets and more. We are always busy!

RAIN? WHAT RAIN?
Tiny sprinkle is all we had and the swimming and snacking was full speed ahead at LMT pool! Thank you Mother Nature! And thank you to our singer from the barn for walking around singing “Mr. Golden Sun”. It worked!

GOING GAGA!
The ever popular Gaga game made its way to Core Creek Park on it’s summer tour. Where will it be next?

TWEENS AT BRIDGE STREET GOLF!
Pitch and Putt for half and Driving Range for the other half and then they switch. Perfect day for golfing! (Formerly known as Snipes in Morrisville)

SKATE DAY!
So much fun for all! Skating or not? Philly SkatePlexPhilly has got it all. Another shout out to our fantastic counselors for helping their kids have a great time!

BUILDING & ZONING DEPT. TREE
This department’s tree spreads the traditional spirit of the holiday with all the signs of the season. From snowflakes and candy canes to initials of the “elves” that work there, this tree shines brightly welcoming visitors in the downstairs lobby. Stop by to see it!

You can hear some great holiday music courtesy of our Neshaminy HS musicians at two upcoming events: The Middletown Township Holiday Open House will be held this Thursday at the Township Building. The event starts at 5:30 and the band will play around 7-7:30 pm. The second event is the Playwicki Farm Holiday Celebration this Saturday. That event runs from 11 am - 4 pm and the NHS Band will perform between noon and 1:15 pm.

MTPD HOLIDAY TREE!
You can’t miss who this tree belongs to! What a great job the Police dept did on their tree with a very unique tree topper. Nice touch with the police barricade tape protecting the tree!
