From a cherished memory of ’s time at a quaint café in New York to a modern twist, our immensely popular Cappellacci “Oreganata” is a journey of flavors and nostalgia. Through a few rounds of experimentation while working in Mexico, Chef Nicole was able to perfect a long held belief: that every ingredient belongs in every bite. The result? Our silky cauliflower-stuffed cappellacci, bathed in velvety lemon butter, and crowned with roasted florets, oregano, crispy capers and anchovy breadcrumbs. A testament to everything we love about food.
