Meet Chef Joel Ott! 👨‍🍳 Joel is Ahern Hotel’s Vice President of Culinary and helps oversee our cooking & restaurant team of 70+ people. Visit the Trattoria and it’s not uncommon to find Joel getting busy in the kitchen helping to serve hungry guests.

Before lending his culinary talents to Trattoria by Chef Marc, Chef Joel worked in the kitchens of many high-end restaurants inside Las Vegas Strip hotels, including the Bellagio, Planet Hollywood, the Wynn, and more.

Throwback to our recent trip to Italy, where we had some of the best pizza. 🍕 The pizza in Italy is unlike anything you can get here in America. But we do our best to bring the authentic Italian taste of their pizzas to the Trattoria and Sgrizzi's Romana Style Pizzeria.
