Due to high demand, there will now be 2 separate Stein hoists at 1pm and 6pm, with the raffle for the Sun Cruiser Beach Cruiser taking place after the 6pm Stein hoist. Rare Beer Monday has been going even better than we expected so we've dug deep into the archives to get something that hasn't been seen in quite a while! EEK! by Off Color is truly one of a kind and hasn't been seen since 2017! A collaboration with Miller High Life, EEK! is a unique sour ale. Off Color used their funky, acidic mixed cultures in primary fermentation, then lagered it for three weeks. The final flourish is the bottle conditioning with Champagne yeast. (That last move might have been obvious.)The result is actually a relatively complex American wild ale with a touch of the grainy undertones you’ll recognize as Miller High Life. Easily one of the most interesting collaborations we’ve ever seen in craft beer.
