September’s First Friday will also host our third annual Beer Festival! The September event will run as normal with the addition of the Beer Festival sections.

First Friday is back May 3rd 🌤

Clark County, Nevada is hosting this awesome event this Saturday from 2-6 PM, and we can’t wait to join in the fun!

Our second annual ARTUOK? event is this Saturday at the Historic Fifth Street School, a free art and resource fair to support mental health through the arts from 10 AM to 2 PM.

After the wind postponed March 1, our makeup event is THIS WEEK!

First Friday is THIS WEEK, February 2nd!

Our first event of 2024 is this week, January 5th!

Our last First Friday of 2023 is December 1st!

First Friday is back this week, November 3rd!

First Friday is back for our 21st Anniversary event this week, October 6th!

After Sept. 1st was canceled due to weather, First Friday is BACK next week for a do-over event on Sept. 8th! ☀️

Everything (except the weather) will remain the same! September’s event will feature 100+ local artists and surrounding galleries, live local music, 25+ gourmet food trucks and surrounding restaurants, and more.

All: the severe and unpredictable weather, lightning, and flash flooding has unfortunately forced us to cancel tonight’s First Friday event out of an abundance of caution.

Please stay tuned for updates on future events, and stay safe in the meantime!

Also remember that EVERY day is a good day to support your favorite local artist(s), whether through buying from their online store/etc. or simply by following and supporting their work.

First Friday is back TONIGHT!

First Friday is back for another night of local art, music, food and community TONIGHT!

First Friday is back this week, April 7th!

Our hearts are saddened to share that Cindy Funkhouser, one of the original co-founders of First Friday over 20 years ago, recently passed away.

For decades, Cindy dedicated her energy, time and passion to creating a connective space for artists. Cindy came up with the idea for First Friday 20 years ago after a trip to Oregon, and was the driving force behind the initial years of the event with help from her other two co-founders. She wanted to make sure that people had an opportunity to experience art and culture in Vegas.

Our January 2023 event will begin the monthly Cindy Funkhouser Residency spaces, which will provide free space to local artists to honor her dedication and love for both First Friday and the Las Vegas arts community more broadly.

First Friday is back for our 20th anniversary event tonight from 5-11 PM in the City of Las Vegas!
