Restaurant Pizza Crust (Bread Machine.....
Place all ingredients in the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
Select the 'dough' setting and press 'start.'.
When cycle is finished, punch down the dough and roll it out on a floured surface to desired shape and thickness.
Grease a pizza pan and sprinkle with corn meal.
Transfer dough to pan and let rise until doubled in size.
Meanwhile, preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Bake dough until just set--about 5 minutes.
Remove from oven and add desired toppings.
Continue baking to desired doneness.

Italian Recipes: Chicken Flamingo...
Lightly coat the chicken breast with olive oil, coat with Italian bread crumbs.
cook on open grill until plump and tender.
top with cheese blend until melted then with the following sauce: In saute pan, add the wine/lemon/butter mix, prosciutto, garlic and red pepper over medium heat. Bring to a boil, and add broccoli and mushrooms.
Pour over chicken breast with a slotted spoon, then with a spatula.
Do not overpower with the Sauce!!! The sauce should enhance, not smother the chicken.
Add a side of white or red pas ta (cavatelli) and a vegetable of choice.

Delicious, Easy, Restaurant-Quality Eggplant.......
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a baking sheet or pizza pan with olive oil.
Peel the eggplant.
Slice the eggplant into round slices, each 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick.
Slice the tomatoes and drizzle the dressing over all of them so nicely coated. You may need more dressing depending on how much tomato and eggplant you make. I probably use closer to 1/2 cup for mine. Set aside.
In a small bowl, whip together the egg and water.
Place the breadcrumbs in a separate small bowl and combine with parmesan cheese, garlic powder and crushed red peppers.
Dip the eggplant slices one at a time into the egg and water mixture, then into the breadcrumbs. One by one, place the coated slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake the eggplant for about 12 minutes on the first side. Using a spatula, flip the eggplant over and top the slices with the tomato's covered in dressing.
Sprinkle a bit more parmesan cheese if you like.
Bake the eggplant on the 2nd side for 10-12 more minutes or until desired doneness

Olive Garden Restaurant Roasted Potatoes......
Preheat overn to 450 degrees.
Wash and dry the potatoes. Cut into wedges and place in a large mixing bowl.
Toss the potatoes in oil, melted butter, garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper.
Transfer the seasoned potatoes onto a sheet tray [cookie sheet with sides].
Roast for 25-30 minutes. Shake pan occasionally for even roasting. [I usually use a spachula to flip them.].

The second I glanced at the menu, the owner (I believe) came right to my aid! Super happy with the customer service, she was really helpful and kind. The only reason I'm giving a four instead of five star is due to the temperature of my food. The potatoes were so so yummy but not too warm. I like steam to come off my plate, so I was disappointed. It was kind of a let down, but everything else was wonderful! Will be back!
