Hi! Let me introduce myself. If we haven’t met, I am Coach Amie. I am the owner of Fortified Fitness.
A little bit about myself. I have been in the Fitness industry over 35 years. I am on a mission to show as many people as I am able, that fitness doesn’t have to be a long drawn out ordeal. You do not have to feel like it is a chore and spend countless hours in a gym.
You can get all that you need to live a functional, heathy and energetic life, that we all want, with just 30 mins a day.
Along with being a health and fitness trainer and Coach, I am married (33 years) I have 3 adult children and 4 grandchildren.
I am proud to say that I am healthy and active and can keep up with my very active life because I invest in myself!
If you give myself and my team here at Fortifed, I know we will change your view on exercise. Before you know it you will be sleeping better, feeling more energetic and stopping by a mirror or window to look at your reflection because you’re going to be proud of what you see!!
