Did you know that in the state of Oklahoma a person does not have to be certified to operate a cosmetic laser? You only have to work under a doctor, ask your laser technician for credintals before allowing them to do services for you.

If you went to see a specialist and the only schooling they had was watching an online course would you allow them to do surgery on you?

Oklahoma classifications for cosmetic procedures are considered surgery but the person doing the procedures does not have to be certified. In prospective, you are allowing an untrained person to do your procedure because they are located in a doctor’s office, the doctor themself doesn’t even have to have any qualifications to operate a cosmetic laser.

I am sharing this information because I am a certified laser technician, I have done formal training to do what I do. I also do it at a very reasonable price.

Before doing cosmetic laser treatment do your research and ensure your technician has done formal training!
