Alert Response is excited to announce that upon request, our PERS units now come with two additional features. These new features include direct messaging through an APP or dashboard. With direct messaging, you can send recurring message reminders to take medications, as well as standalone message reminders for doctor appointments or caregiver visits.
Additionally, the new PERS units allow for outbound phone calls to one designated phone number, which can be assigned to a family member, friend, or caregiver.
