𝑬𝙢𝒑𝙡𝒐𝙮𝒎𝙚𝒏𝙩 𝙎𝙞𝙜𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘿𝙖𝙮!🖋️ TECC West students signed letters of employment this afternoon with some of our 𝗮𝗺𝗮𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀. Help us celebrate our students starting their careers 𝙞𝙢𝙢𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙡𝙮 𝙖𝙛𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙜𝙧𝙖𝙙𝙪𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣. 🎓

LISD Family Notice:

Early this afternoon, in coordination with local law enforcement, Lewisville ISD Campuses in the City of Lewisville were placed in a Secure. During a secure, students remain or return inside the building, and all doors are locked. No visitors are allowed inside the building, but classes continue as normal.

This was done out of an abundance of caution while law enforcement officials investigated a situation in the Lewisville area. No threat was made against any of our schools. The district has no additional information about the situation, as it was a police matter unrelated to our schools.

Earlier in the day, an ambulance was dispatched to Lewisville High School - Killough to respond to a medical issue with a student. The two situations were unrelated.

The Lewisville FFA Livestock Judging team has advanced to the 2024 State Contest at Texas A&M!

Our students placed 8th out of 75 teams and competed against 283 students.

8th Place Team in Area V
- 3rd Place Team in District 4

Members Included:
- Landon Barnett: Marcus HS (24th individual)
- Isabella Boswell: Flower Mound HS (19th individual)
- Emily Martinez: Flower Mound HS
- Faith Hess: Marcus HS
