Check out this transformation! This Mundelein home will soon be sold as part of our Community Land Trust Program—the first of it's kind in Mundelein!

We're celebrating this week because Eve B. Lee Place has received final approvals, and we’re looking forward to breaking ground in a few months!

Eve B. Lee Place will be a three-story mixed-use development in Libertyville that will include 34 affordable apartment units for residents 55 and older, as well as CPAH's new headquarters.
