This day is celebrated to commemorate the International Olympic committee’s (IOC) decision to adopt taekwondo on to the Olympic program at the IOC session in Paris on September 4th 1994.
Held every year on 4th September since 2006.🥋

This commemorates the official recognition of Taekwondo as an Olympic Sport in 1994.

🐯 Taekwondo is for everyone! Our instructors spent the morning teaching students from our local community today. They learned about developing themselves physically and mentally: Taekwondo builds both muscles and character. We also learned about protecting ourselves and others through self-defense with Taekwondo. Together, we can build a strong, safe, and kind community!🥋
