Peppermint Mocha Energy Bites are a yummy addition to your holiday dessert spread that will give you a boost of energy after a long day of holiday celebrations. Follow along to see how to make them! 😍☃️

Ingredients include:

🍶 1/4 tsp peppermint extract
🌰 1/2 cup almond butter
☕️ 1-2 tbsp ground coffee
🧂 Pinch of salt
🍯 1/4 cup honey
🍬 1/3 cup crushed peppermint
🍫 3 tbsp mini dark chocolate chips
🍫2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
🥣 1 cup old fashioned oats
