Here are some helpful tips on how to adjust to daylight saving time this Sunday!
Always stretching your hip flexors? 😣
You may want to consider strengthening them!
-lay on your back with a resistance band either around your thighs or feet
-engage your core
-take one foot down towards the ground while keeping the opposite leg still.
-aim for 3 sets of 10 per leg

🎃Pumpkin Spice Oat Muffins
My FAVORITE fall muffins.
Preheat oven 350 degrees
2 cup oats
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 cup almond milk (or whatever milk preference)
3/4 cup pumpkin purée
1 egg
1/4 cup honey
1/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Mix and bake for ~27 minutes

🤰Just because we're made to have children, doesn't mean it's easy on our bodies!
The most common complaint during pregnancy is low back and hip pain.
However some other pregnancy pains I often treat include:
🍼Upper back pain
🍼Rib pain
🍼Pregnancy induced carpal tunnel
🍼Feet pain
🍼Symphysis P***s Dysfunction
And much more!
Words cannot explain how honored I am to help women throughout their pregnancy! It is truly amazing.
🐺 They say a great way to ensure you accomplish your goals is to have a partner join you!
A new goal of mine is to only watch Netflix while walking (or running).
I even took Dublin for a run prior to getting on the treadmill but he was adamant that we're in this together 😆
So here we are, sharing a treadmill for 45 minutes.
❄️ 14.5 inches of snow! 😲❄️.
When it comes to shoveling safely, I say don't. 🤣 sacrifice someone else instead.
but if you MUST, then:
❄️Be sure to dress warm and have a good pair of boots with traction
❄️ underestimate your strength & lift little by little
❄️USE YOUR LEGS & HIPS! This is the perfect time to use the hip hinge we always talk about.
❄️don't over exhaust yourself. 14.5in of snow to shovel is A LOT. Take your time.
