The science used in the legal system. A science for society.
Today is the first day of New Student Enrollment! We are excited to be welcoming our new students to Forensic Science this summer!
The man, the myth, the legend that is Larry Barksdale is officially retired. Larry helped launch UNL’s Forensic Science major in 2008 and has been with the program ever since. He’s taught classes in bloodstains, crime scene management, and multiple other CSI courses. Larry has devoted his life to the field of forensic science and has made an immeasurable impact on countless students.
Our program is incredibly grateful that he chose to share his time, talents, and many stories with us. His work has paved the way for the next generation of forensic scientists.
Join us in thanking Larry and wishing him a happy retirement! 🎉
