Read caption for the story of the friendship between Amber and Maggie!💕
---------------------------
This is Amber's story:
What sparked a fire in our friendship was her passion, commitment, loyalty, and honesty that I value a lot in a person. It shows what type of person you are and I’m glad that we stayed friends and worked through our “rough patches”. We’ve been friends since September 2018 when I joined the GSA Network SoCal Region. We work together really well. I trust her and I know that she’ll be a great leader and an amazing friend (already is btw). Her personality :) so everything. Before this committee, we had a falling out during the 2019 summer, but we put aside our differences and worked it out like adults. We know what we had to work on as a person and we fixed our friendship. The sisterhood is important to me because it shows that people who are the polar opposite from each other can come together and work along side by side. This shows me that our friendship means a lot. ---------------------------
This is Maggie's story:
What sparked a fire in our relationship was that fact that we are both honest with each other. Honest about our goal, what we want and how we want something and I admire a person who can be brutally honest with me.
We work incredibly well with each each other. I trust her because she's shown that she is an amazing leader and an even more amazing friend.
The best trait Amber has is, well, her personality as well so everything.
We did have a falling out during summer of 2019 but we worked it out and just the fact that we could put our pride aside so we can work efficiently with each other in this committee really makes me proud to consider Amber my sister. This sisterhood is important to me because it shows me and others that nothing is broken forever as long as the love is still alive. :)
