Bluff Park Community Meeting to discuss, learn and ask about what's involved and required in making changes to properties located within our historic district neighborhood; the Mills Act tax-abatement program; and the myriad of ongoing and upcoming improvement projects around the city impacting neighborhoods, parks, streets, and recreation.
Volunteer with us this Saturday from 9AM to 1PM for MLK Jr., Day of Service. This year, we will come together with Bluff Heights Neighborhood and Horace Mann Elementary for a school and neighborhood clean-up. Special thanks to The Port of Long Beach for sponsoring this event.

This Saturday, Rose Park resident Linzy Lusby is hosting a mom meet-up in Rose Park from 10-11:30am.
This casual meet-up provides an easy way for moms to connect and chat! We hope to see you at Rose Park on 8th & Orizaba this Saturday!
Over 200 ornaments were made for the senior holiday gift bags and delivered to Redondo Plaza, Edgewater Skilled Nursing Center, Lutheran Towers and Safe Refuge. Thank you to the local businesses and neighbors who participated in designing ornaments for the older adults living in our neighborhood.
Rose Park Neighborhood Association hosted 3 “Giving Table” ornament-making sessions at Envy Studio, The Good Bar, and Winter Wonderland at Orizaba Park. Participants used mosaic, glitter, washi tape, markers, beads, and other creative materials to design the ornaments.
This collaboration is a holiday project known as “Operation Holiday Hearts,” which provides holiday gift bags of personal care packages to bring hope and joy to seniors during the holiday season. Dedicated volunteers from the Heart of Ida filled the senior holiday gift bags with self-care items, word games, reading materials, and more! Heart of Ida is a local nonprofit that supports Long Beach seniors in need with programs and services that sustain independence and connection within their community.

Join Rose Park neighbors for Operation Holiday Hearts at The Good Bar on Tuesday, December 12th from 5pm to 7pm. Friends and families are invited to make ornaments for the senior gift bags.
Operation Holiday Hearts is a collaboration with The Heart of Ida to provide seniors living in our community with a holiday gift bag.
Residents of Lutheran Towers, Redondo Plaza and Edgewater Skilled Nursing Center will be recipients of the holiday gift bags. Questions? DM us in our bio!
