The University Student Union (USU) at California State University, Long Beach is the largest venue owned and operated by the Associated Students, Inc and is often referred to as the heart of the campus. 💰 There are several challenges that come with being an adult, but don’t let money and finances be one of them! Join Beach Pride Events’ (BPE) Financial Empowerment Conference. This event is designed to help you manage your finances and understand how to become financially independent.

Indigenous Peoples’ Day honors and celebrates the first inhabitants of America and the Tribal Nations that continue to flourish today. We extend our recognition to our Indigenous students, staff, faculty, and administrators, acknowledging that CSULB is situated on the sacred site of Puvungna, the ancestral land of the Tongva/Gabrieleño and Acjachemen/Juaneño Nations. We honor them today as the original stewards and caretakers of this land, expressing our gratitude for their strength, perseverance, and resilience.

🎫 Tough Front is an indie alternative Los Angeles-based band, native to the San Fernando Valley. Andrea (lead singer/guitarist), Freddy (drummer) and Adrian (bassist) are influenced by punk, shoegaze and the 90s D.I.Y indie music scene. They explore nostalgic and introspective lyricism with jazz-like chord progressions, pop melodies and rock soundscapes, similar to that of bands and musicians like Japanese Breakfast, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Built to Spill and Death Cab for Cutie.

🧑🌾 Swing by the Associated Students, Inc. (ASI) Weekly Farmers Market! This market offers fresh and natural food items, as well as drinks and crafts from independent vendors and farmers. This event aims to help students make healthy food choices while supporting local businesses and farmers.
🥕 Join us every Tuesday and Wednesday during the fall and spring semesters. Please note, there will be no Farmer’s Market during fall and spring break.
🛍️ The event is open to the entire Long Beach State University (LBSU) community, including surrounding neighbors. Don’t forget to bring your reusable shopping bag! No RSVP is required. A parking permit is required for all on-campus parking.
