Wake up and smell the huevos. We're doing brunch every weekend, and you'll want to be a part of it.
You sure know how to order, .

We recently gave our breakfast burrito a little makeover. If it was your favorite, no te preocupes. It's still packed with scrambled eggs, salsa molcajete, quesillo, tots, housemade tocino, and crema mx, and remains just as delicioso.
Make those brunch reservations for this weekend through the link in our bio or just come on in and sit at our bar.
Here's our El Caminante, a bebida robusta that will impress even the most discerning cocktail aficionado - just ask . It comes with Mexican red bitters, Alambique Serrano x Mírate rum blend, Rosa's lime cordial, and blackstrap molasses, and finished with tepache perfume.
For those of you with good taste, we give you the Short Rib and Marrow Birria, all decked out with frijoles de la olla, salsa arbol, nopal pico, flour tortillas, and marrow bone. Link in bio to make a resy and get yours as soon as humanly possible.
Seafood with a cocktail?? Who says you can't have it all? This one features nitro pulque, which is not only an interesting and unprecedented texture for pulque but extends its shelf life for those days we have between deliveries. And it's just really good.

National Tequila Day. Another social media holiday to shed light on what's really important! In the spirit of having a good time with this, on July 24, live your best life and you can make your own “ultra-premium luxury" tequila using Mírate well tequila, vegetable glycerin, and vanilla syrup, along with the ability to ring a very special tequila bell we’ve purchased off of amazon.com, all for the very discounted price of $40. You can choose to enhance your tequila with all of the additives, or none of the additives (our personal recommendation).
Oh, and $24 of that will be donated to our friends at the Tequila Interchange Project and their work advocating for suitability and just labor practices in the agave distilled spirits industry. Because while we hate social media holidays, we love tequila and all it stands for.
Currently on our minds? This gorgeous little number: the Yucatan Sea Bream Filet, with tikin xic, achiote, pickled onions, and (of course) tortillas. Come and get it while the gettin' is good.
One too many cheap beers last night? That's okay, we know what'll help.

Swipe to get an up close and personal look at our newest bad boy, the Shrimp and Grits. He's got heirloom grits, crab, Cascabel blackened shrimp, tocino, and pozole rojo. Your weekend brunch will never be the same after this one.
Only the top Mírate fans will know this guy. It's Danny Shelfman, and these days, you can find him hanging around reppin' 50 Best Bars and trying to get you to sip our very own Mírate x El Tesoro exclusive. Go on and give it a try next time you're in. You'll make Danny's day.
🚨 GIVEAWAY! 🚨 June is a month full of love inside and out of our walls, and we're so insanely proud to serve this city. To celebrate, we're giving one lucky winner a $50 Mírate gift card and some sweet merch. Don’t worry, we made it easy to enter.

We’re just two peas in a pod—or rather, a bunch of peas in our new little Snap Peas dish with pipian verde, wasabi feta, and verdolagas.
You already know it's Pride Month, but did you know Don Fulano Tequila is donating $2 for every El Güero and Tu Compa we sell to our friends at the Los Angeles LGBT Center? Now you know, so let's get sipping.

Chef Josh Gil – to know him is to love him. And to not know him is a disservice to yourself because he’s pretty great.
This old photo of Chef Josh is the perfect reminder of how epic he is. With over 20 years of experience in the industry – all without giving into the culinary urge of covering his arms in tattoos – Joshua Gil is a Michelin Guide-starred chef dedicated to nourishing the body and creative spirit through food using contemporary flair on traditional Mexican flavors – and he’s dang good at it. His philosophy comes from his grandmother, Guadalupe: “Anything done with love is well received.” And that’s exactly what he brings to the table every single time.
Social media holidays are lame, but it’s National Wine Day. In our eyes, that’s just another trendy way we can share our love for our list of incredibly awesome winemakers, like Casa Jipi, a pochismo that shows how diversity and mixticity enrich both sides of the border, or Tresomm Wine, which produces insanely good and distinctive wines from organically farmed varietals.
TL;DR, come drink some wine. See what all the hype is about. Happy National Wine Day or whatever.
It's taking every last little bit of self-control not to eat every one of these before we send them to your table. It's the Pork Belly Taco, with pork belly, barbacoa ayocote beans, and guacasalsa all on a corn tortilla.
We jumped into the deep end of spring with this beauty. Say hola to our Grilled Artichoke, a serious work of art with Milliken Farm Globe Artichokes poached in bay leaves, avocado leaf, garlic, thyme, and black peppercorn, layered with our Mexican Crisp and Mexican Chimmichurri, and served with a tatemado aioli.
We believe the word you’re looking for is...DANG.
Oh, hey. We know him! Our boy, , has been named one of the 2024 StarChefs Los Angeles Rising Stars, and we couldn’t be more stoked for him. He’s always brought serious game to the bar and the Mírate experience, and this award is so well-deserved.
To celebrate, come make him pour you one of his famed cocktails so you can raise a toast to him.
Mama knows best, and she knows that Mírate brunch is where it’s at. If she doesn’t know, then maybe it’s time to show her (especially if you dropped the ball on Mother's Day plans).
Cinco de Mayo, the obligatory day of Mexican eating and imbibing...in the U.S., that is. In Mexico, it's the day of the Battle of Puebla, where the Mexican troops came out victorious against the much larger army of the Second French Empire in 1862 - a battle that few thought they'd win.
To commemorate, we’re running the Croque Señora as a special this weekend. It’s our play on the Battle of Puebla with a dash of French influence.
The Croque Señora | Lamb Barbacoa, Rajas Con Queso Mornay, Molcajete, Whole Grain Mustard, Telera Roll, Quesillo, Egg

Our team has been keeping a pretty big secret, and we figured it’s about time we told you. Mírate has been voted as one of North America’s 50 Best Bars of 2024, an honor that we are so stoked to have been given. We’ve put a lot of hard work and care into our drink program, and we owe so much of its success to the incredible distillers, farms, and talents of our friends in Mexico who are as passionate as we are about drinks.
This here’s our Infante Margarita, our spin on the modern classic created by Giuseppe Gonzalez. Ours is made with De La Rosa Mazapan orgeat, lime, and Los Arcos Agave.
Although it technically isn’t tequila— it uses all the conventional methods (with a contemporary twist), the makers don’t limit themselves to the blue agave from the CRT denomination area. Instead, they carefully select mature agave no younger than 6 years old and expand what they can do to the spirit in post-production, creating something that surpasses many of the great tequilas on the market. It ships in refillable "eco totes" further reducing our carbon footprint.
I dip, you dip, we dip.
Los Dips Y Tostadas | Salsa Molajete, Enfrijoladas de Norte, Crab Esquites
And to think you don’t even have to request PTO for this one.
