I am extremely tired today, still fighting jet lag and woken up at 4:40 am for a meeting that was supposed to happen at the old 5:30 am, but I have it with people who don't change the time. Needless to say I was late. The meeting did not happen. I never fell back asleep. All I want to eat is bread. Really curious. I am fighting the craving for now, but I may just have to give in to the urge. I'll try to resolve with my morning exercise.
