Dearest Friends and Family..so here it is. Mom loved watching her children and grandchildren dance. She was the best “Dance Mom/Dance Grandma”...mom also knew how much i love dancing at Jeffrey Adams Fitness studio. So in honor of mom, Jeffrey is doing a Kardio Krunk class on Sunday, August 23rd at 10a PST. His classes are great for any age and any level. It’s simply an opportunity for us to all let loose and dance for mom as she watches from up above. Spread the word! Jeffrey is donating his time and this just shows what an amazing small business owner he is!! The class will be on a donation basis.
