I hope you're well. The recent Maui wildfires have deeply affected us, especially our UZIT sister Jen Polzer, who lost her home in the Lahaina Fire. Any direct support you can offer her is truly appreciated. (Her VENMO info is in the comments.)

We are looking for new ways to language the idea and practice of Self-Care. Every so often it is important to change or expand the words we use for necessary activities to be more accurate.
This is the time—it has never been so crucial.
