Congratulations to the 2024 graduates of the UCLA Johnson & Johnson Health Care Executive Program (HCEP)! Now in its 23rd year, this program offers leadership and management development training to executives of non-profit, community-based healthcare organizations serving medically underserved areas and populations nationwide.
This year, nine UCLA Anderson School of Management students played a key role in helping these leaders develop change-management plans to address organizational challenges and create positive impacts in their communities.
Dr. Kenneth Orduna (last photo), President & CEO of Central Neighborhood Christian Health Clinics, and our oldest participant at 84 years young, reflected on his experience in the program, saying, "I am grateful to God and the exceptional professors for providing me with new tools, processes, and strategies to...[provide] the best healthcare possible to the ‘least of these,’ with dignity and respect."
