🌟 True Sportsmanship Shines Bright 🌟
In the final out of a thrilling and hard-fought game, the catcher and the last batter exemplified what is all about. With a high five and smiles all around, they showed us the true spirit of sportsmanship and camaraderie.
This moment is a reminder that, win or lose, respect and friendship are the true victories. We’re so proud of our players for their incredible display of character and heart.
Coaches are ready to be dunked!
Are you struggling with ‘what will we make for dinner tonight?’ or ‘we have baseball tonight and where should we go to dinner after?’. Well... QSLL has the solution to all your dinner problems! Tonight May 8 Red Robin is sponsoring us and will give the league 20% back on all the sales. The only catch, you need to show them the flyer below or linked here. Please help support our league and grab a bite!
Upgrade ⬆️ The single A A’s vs Guardians got upgraded to the AAA field last night and oh what a feeling. Playing on an infield with grass, an actual dugout and fans cheering - a pretty special moment. Remember the first time your kid got a hit on the AAA field?!
As we charge full steam ahead into the final month of baseball, it's important to reflect on why we're all here. We're here for the kids, and nurturing good sportsmanship in them should be our top priority. It's the cornerstone of how we play, compete, and interact. In the heat of the moment, let's not forget: our primary focus is on the children. Our behavior sets the standard for them, and it's our responsibility to lead by example and provide guidance when necessary.
Let's also recall the pledge we made on Opening Day:
"I will positively support all managers, coaches, and players.
I will respect the decisions of the umpires.
I will praise a good effort, despite the outcome of the game."
Lastly, I want to emphasize something: we are all volunteers. Whether it's the managers, coaches, umpires, or scorekeepers, they're all volunteers doing their best. Without them, we wouldn't have a league, and we owe them our gratitude. So, a big thank you to everyone who dedicates their time to make our league successful.
Thanks for all that you ALL do for this league!

A few photos from Saturday’s baseball games.
Evaluation day is this Saturday January 6. Evaluations are an important step in the process to have a successful and fun season, and they are required by Little League International to ensure a fun and safe baseball season for the kids. This also helps us have a better chance of creating evenly skilled teams, making the season more enjoyable with competitive games rather than lopsided ones.
Please have your child arrive at least 15 minutes before their slotted time to check-in and warm up. Your child will also need to wear appropriate baseball attire and bring their glove, helmet, and USA Baseball certified bat.
1st meeting of the year for the Quito-Saratoga Little League board. We talked about evaluations coming up this Saturday, practices starting in February, safety training, social events and a whole lot more. Wanna attend next time and help out? Comment below.

A: More than 5 should be the answer. Invite your classmates and tell them about the league. Want a flyer to hand out? An email to forward on? A graphic to send via Whatsapp or Messenger? Email us at [email protected]
