Life gets in the way and I get busy from time to time. But I just wanted to check in. How is everybody doing? Me, personally, I fell off the bandwagon. I didn't gain any weight back. But I've stopped losing again. I have started doing more things for myself, which for those who really know me, know that's unheard of for me. It feels GREAT. I'd love to hear from all of you. Where are you in your journey? If you are just spectating, that's ok too. Let's talk about it.

We started meal prepping this week. We made pork chops in creamy mushroom sauce, chicken alfredo with zoodles, tacos, salad, romaine hearts with deli meats and cheese, and cheddar sausage and turkey cheddar links. We've already decided on next week's menu and it includes foods like lasagna, enchiladas, cucumber sandwiches, and more. So glad to have friends to keep me going.

Even though my friends and I don't officially start meal prepping until next week, my work week starts on Wednesday. So all day today I have been preparing things to take with me to work so I stay away from the vending machine and the poor food choices that are available in the canteen. Today I made bacon and eggs, tuna fish and deviled egg salad. I've also been marinating chicken tenderloins in teriyaki all day. Teriyaki isn't the best choice for a marinade but I've eaten so very few carbs today that I am able to balance it out with the teriyaki chicken without going over my 22g limit.

I don't know about you, but due to lack of self discipline, I am currently in this boat. The two that stick out to me as my most problematic areas are craving carbs in the morning or late at night and craving sugar after meals. Like, I feel like I NEED dessert. The more I follow my keto diet, the more these issues go away.
Hi everyone! I created this page as an idea from a dear friend. A group of us want to get healthy. One of the most helpful ways to start and stay on track is meal prepping and accountability. So that's what we're gonna do. Anyone can do it with us or there will be an option to just purchase the meals each week or every other week, however you want to participate. All ideas, recipes, tips, and menus are welcome. If something isn't keto friendly, we'll figure out a way to make it keto friendly and tasty, together.
