The Band Christmas Concert is coming up on Tues, Dec 12th and the Boosters is hosting our traditional Cookie Reception following the concert, in the band hall. For this we need volunteers to bring cookies. They can be homemade or store bought. About 150 dozen cookies are needed to pull off a great cookie reception. Please sign up through the link below, where all the details about dropping cookies off, etc are provided.

We'll also need help to help set up for the reception, serve the cookies and clean up. Host/hostess volunteers will also help with the Christmas basket raffle. You may sign up through the same link listed below.

Hey Parents! It looks like we've got the Concession Stand positions mostly filled & we only lack 2 volunteers. Thank you to those who signed up for both tonight & tomorrow night! However, we do have several open spots for Field Help during the halftime show. If you aren't signed up for anything else, please help the students out on the field. The signup link is below.

Hey parents! There has been an update to the timing on Thursday night's playoff game. It is scheduled for 5:00 pm, so the Concession Stand help will need to start earlier as well. Ms. Cheryl has asked if volunteers could be there at 4:00, or as soon after as possible, to begin set up.

For the game on Friday that LCHS is hosting...the volunteers for this night can be high school students who need service hours for their individual school memberships (NHS, etc). So, encourage your students to sign up with you and all the needed positions will get filled quickly.

Lubbock Cooper High School will be hosting the All-Region tryouts on Saturday, November 11th, 2023. There will be 500+ local band students showing up to audition.
