Warmer weather is finally here! Keep your furry friends safe from rising PNW temperatures this weekend!
🐾Limit your pet’s exercise to early morning or late afternoon when it’s the coolest temperatures.
🐾Limit sun exposure for pets with white-colored ears, which may be more susceptible to skin cancer.
🐾Short-nosed dogs generally have a more challenging time breathing, but especially in this heat, keep them somewhere cool.
🐾Avoid hot asphalt to avoid damage to their paws.
🐾Do not just rely on a fan to cool off your pet. As well as a fan, make sure to give your pets ample amounts of shade and water.
